More about the role
We are seeking an energetic administration professional to join our Operations Team on an ongoing, full time basis. This varied role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, with multiple priorities to focus on simultaneously.
This role involves a full and comprehensive view of our Operations environment and will provide a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop in a multitude of areas. On any given day you could be helping in a number of areas, from managing calendars, to tracking client service agreements and supporting rostering.
You may be an experienced administrator or coordinator, able to pick up tasks quickly and ask the right questions to make sure you are comfortable and confident with the tasks at hand. Goal oriented and proactive, you are able to work independently and as part of a team to reach deadlines and complete tasks.
Reliability and trustworthiness are essential, and you will enjoy building strong and positive stakeholder relationships and utilising those relationships to reach satisfactory outcomes.
You will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, leaving no stone unturned and be comfortable with managing expectations in order to get things done in a timely and accurate manner.
Your curiosity will help identify opportunities for improvement, and you are always looking for ways we can streamline our processes and procedures.
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience using outlook and the Microsoft suite
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Record of an NDIS Worker Screening Check or a willingness to obtain one
- A relevant qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health or working towards it
- Previous experience working in an administration capacity
