Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation (dependent on relevant experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Client Planning Manager is responsible for building and implementing a robust Client Review process which includes maximising client funding and compliance, both of which are required to embrace the opportunities of the Funding Bodies to ensure Able is well positioned for continued growth and development. This role is responsible for coordinating client’s annual reviews and informing internal and external stakeholders on the changes made by funding bodies and the impacts on Able.

The Client Planning Manager is Operations focused but will require organisation-wide communication, to deliver key organisational priorities e.g., funding, reporting, cashflow, compliance, growth, and brand awareness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience, skills and knowledge in Disability, Health, NFP or another related field.
  • Detailed understanding of the NDIS, DSOA and other funding bodies.
  • Experience in Support Coordination is highly regarded but not essential
  • High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and capacity to problem solve and take decisive considered action.
  • Proven track record in forming strong productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and human rights.
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility, along with a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including a proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Sound ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products.
