Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum + superannuation (dependent on relevant experience)

The successful Resourcing Manager will manage, coach, train and develop the broader rostering team at Able Australia, providing leadership, insight, and direction to the experienced team of five, nationally.

The Resourcing Manager is a critical member of the Operations team and a core contributor to the major strategic workforce transformation underway at Able Australia. Working closely with the Operational Leadership teams, the Resourcing Manager contributes to the success of talent sourcing and planning pipeline across the organization, providing strategic insights regarding the current and future workforce demand and supply issues.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of various issues facing people with disabilities, dual and multiple
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of a small team
  • Knowledge of IT systems and rostering packages (Carelink preferred but not essential)
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, plus a genuine and passionate commitment to the rights of people with a disability to enjoy fulfilled lives and valued roles within the community.
